Dr. Feldmann holds a BSEd degree in Mathematics Education from Illinois State University; an MSEd degree in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University; and a PhD degree in Educational Administration from Illinois State University.
Her experience in higher education includes: assistant to the women’s athletic director, and coordinator of admission to teacher education at Illinois State University; associate dean in the College of Education at Western Carolina University; consultant in teacher education in the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction; director of professional education in the College of Education at Central Michigan University; and visiting professor and accreditation coordinator at York College in the City University of New York (CUNY) system.
Dr. Feldmann has served as chair or member of 42 NCATE teams in 26 states since 1981. She has served as a consultant on NCATE accreditation to more than 50 colleges/universities in more than 20 states since 1988. She was recently appointed to a three-year term on the NCATE Unit Accreditation Board, which makes all accreditation decisions.
Barbara A. Habhegger

I am delighted to be the new Director of Teaching Internships and Field Experiences in the School of Education. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from the University of Minnesota. Through the years I added an additional four teaching certifications and then completed a Masters of Science Degree in Education with a focus on Guidance and Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Superior. My teaching experience includes positions in the states of Idaho, Wisconsin and Minnesota at the Birth-K, secondary, and college levels. I have also spent several years as an Education Specialist II for the Minnesota Department of Education, a Program Associate for the Northland Foundation, an educational consultant in my own business, and the Director of Field Experiences and Community Outreach for the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Aaron H. Oberman

Aaron Oberman, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of school counseling. His doctorate is in Counselor Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with specializations in school and career counseling. He was previously employed in a one year faculty position at the University of West Georgia, Carrollton.
